Early Intervention at age 2 1/2. My son history shows he was doing fine.

 The Forensic Psychologist for the defense, found bryce to be a child and not culpable for any part in the case against him. Her 55 page report was never presented. In her report she notes bryce's well documented medical, mental, educational and social history, to include his early diagnosis of his neurological disorder of cognitive impairments / developmental disability. The probation officer/case manager presented a paper of average to high academic test scores,  supposedly from a test Bryce was given while incarcerated.  In any case, All of bryce's history shows that he has NEVER preformed on a level that this test reflects. As a matter of fact, Bryce failed the 8th grade. Above documents are available
