Both Covered By Law.
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is considered a disability under federal law. Several rulings ensure that ADHD is recognized as a disability

My son is covered medically, mentally and for education needs.
Medications started age four.   IEP/ARD for education started Kindergarten.  In 2009 he stopped taking his medications. Bryce's history is Well Documented, to include that he was successful while on his daily medications and individual education plan.
